Seafood Facts & a Scrumptious Shrimp Recipe

Hi Friends,

I'm knee deep in seafood this week and loving every minute of it.

Here are some Seafood facts that everyone should know as well as a simple, scrumptious shrimp recipe.



It's time to eat with your eyes 



1 pound shrimp
3 cloves garlic roughly chopped
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil 
1 tsp crushed red pepper
Salt & pepper to taste


Peel and clean shrimp
I usually buy the cleaned shrimp at Whole Foods


Add garlic, 2 tbsp olive oil, chili flakes, salt & pepper to shrimp 
Allow to marinade for 10-15 minutes 

Heat large sauté pan or wok on med-high heat 
Add 1 tsp olive oil to hot pan 
Add shrimp, constantly stir while cooking until shrimp are pink and crispy about 5-8 minutes




Remove from pan
Serve immediately
